Found my help and finally paid my trading partner. Thanks all for the help.

I need someone in Moscow (unless samara is near moscow or something like that). Apologies because I am not familiar with Russian Federation Geography. So far I receive a few options and I thank you guys for that. I will check with my trading partner whether it is ok. Let's just say I don't want to make it even more public than it already is. I don't even want to go public in the first place act. Just that it's been dragging too long. So here I am.

Technically, it's not to help me. But to help my trading partner to receive the money that I owe him.

Background Story: I have a deal with member from this forum (based in Moscow). Being New, I expect to send payment first and Being from overseas, I can only do paypal for payment. However the said member has send out the cards first before receiving payment. Let's just say to cut the long story short, I have the cards in my possession for quite some time but I haven't been able to pay yet. So I need help from someone in Moscow with paypal account to receive the funds to be converted to cash to pay my trading partner. If there are fees, do let me know (I can probably pay them). Do PM me. Do note that I can only send you the cash if my trading partner agree for you to receive money on his behalf. Thanks a lot for the time to read this.
