Looking for Help to receive paypal fund in Moscow

Background Story: I have a deal with member from this forum (based in Moscow). Being New, I expect to send payment first and Being from overseas, I can only do paypal for payment. However the said member has send out the cards first before receiving payment.

 

Let's just say to cut the long story short, I have the cards in my possession for quite some time but I haven't been able to pay yet. So I need help from someone in Moscow with paypal account to receive the funds to be converted to cash to pay my trading partner.

 

If there are fees, do let me know (I can probably pay them). Do PM me. Do note that I can only send you the cash if my trading partner agree for you to receive money on his behalf.

In that case how possibly anyone can help you if you don't want to name the person? If you PMed him, then what's the use of posting that on forum?

It's rather weird, that you're searching for ways of completion of trade instead of this man ask anybody in his community to help him take his money.

 

I doubt that anyone on this forum willingly will take any stirring to help an unknown person. So you'd better stimulate the one which must be interested in receiving his own money to do something about it.

I need someone in Moscow (unless samara is near moscow or something like that). Apologies because I am not familiar with Russian Federation Geography.

 

So far I receive a few options and I thank you guys for that. I will check with my trading partner whether it is ok. Let's just say I don't want to make it even more public than it already is. I don't even want to go public in the first place act. Just that it's been dragging too long.

marilyn_manson, I guess if you contact your trade partner in person and describe the problem, he will find a way to solve it. Paypal is available in Russian and should have an open info(FAQ) about how to transfer funds to a bank card.

Agree with Xander, PayPal is supported in Russian Federation since 17.09.2013. I appreciate though your honesty and efforts to close the deal. A good example for every trader!
