Жуткое фото, похоже на каких-то паразитов присосавшихся к чему-то. Давайте лучше о более вкусных вещах говорить. Я не так давно готовил тирамису. Нужны: яйца, сахар, сыр маскарпоне, бисквитное печенье, кофе, какао. Отделяем желтки от белка. Взбиваем их с сахаром, затем к ним маскарпоне добавляем. Берем и превращаем в пену белки. И вот здесь самое сложное правильно соединить их вместе. Я делал как получится, так получится =) Берем подходящую форму и выкладываем слоями. Слой печенья(сперва его макаем в кофе), слой крема. Сверху посыпаем какао и в холодильник пока не застынет. Ничего, он слишком вредный.
