Too often for a father of two : ( Both online and offline.
3) Каково ваше мнение об летних банах(Марат, УЗ, Дельв спеллы)? Как на ваш взгляд они поменяли формат? Стал ли он более интересным или скучным? Сбалансированным или наоборот?
1) Marath was banned under a premise of letting the dogs out aggro creature decks into the metagame. In reality though all we got is just Kytheon. Just Kytheon. Let me repeat: we lost Marath and all we got is a lousy occasional Kytheon popping up in a top8 here and there.
The worst part is that people playing Kytheon don't play it because they love it! They play it either to prove that it's alive (who the fuck cares?) or because they are stuck with it due to financial constraints and don't have friends to borrow cards from.
Don't get me started about Radha. Most people don't enjoy playing Radha, those who do would still play it with or without Marath around. They would still hit a brick wall which is Titania and win some of their blue matchups. If you look at the numbers you don't really see an impact either: nobody's converting into Radha because it's fun (it's not!) I don't see Radha count surging on mtgtop8. It's right there where it used to be with Marath around.
Now, to me Marath is an art form. Different ways to build, very challenging to play, perfect for improving playskill, consistent. If you are good with Marath you can win at the highest level. If you aren't very good with Marath it's your way to improve. Can you say the same about Radha or Kytheon? No. Both are (arguably) linear and primitive strategies, will fall victims to good/bad draws more than any other deck, no good player will pick them for a serious fight he wants to win.
If we are ever at a state where Noham or Loskoutoff consciously, being in their right mind, pick Radha or Kytheon for a DTC - congratulations, we have dumbed the format down so much it has become unbearable and these beautiful minds are doing their farewell tour.
In short: unban Marath.
2) If we are talking small tactical changes: treasure cruise has to be unbanned, Dig Through time has to stay banned. We have almost killed control (congratulations) - let's give blue player a breather.
3) Ooze has to stay banned as it was an enabler for a silly non-interactive combo.
4) Какие быны в текущем формате вы провели бы? Почему?
We have to ban less, not more. No new bans for sure (except for one extremely poisonous card, see below). Let the meta balance itself out. If people are complaining about Jace - teach them to stock up on gravehate and creature removal.
The one exception to the above is Think Twice. This card is poisonous and epitomizes an overconservative school of throught that leads to stagnation and detoriation of otherwise healthy environments.
Ban Think Twice and never look back.
5) Какие анбаны в текущем формате вы провели бы? Почему?
We have three new sets coming in (counting Commander 2016) We have to open the format up as much as possible so that when C2016 comes people can experiment and re-establish the metagame. I'm not talking proven degenerate things like Derevi and Edric, but I would certainly re-evaluate Marath, Cradle, Gifts Ungiven, Imperial Seal, Yisan, Tasigur.
6) Как вы относитесь к идее понижения количества жизней?
Keep it at 30. 30 is good. Forget the dream of re-inventing a consistent aggro deck in a 100-singleton format. Yes you can get the format to a state where people play alot of Kytheon and Radha but at that point it becomes another Modern. Less consistent, more volatile, overall worse.
7) Вы бы хотели, чтобы формат стал DCI?
No. I want it to never become a DCI format. DCI is Wizards, Wizards is Hasbro, Hasbro is the prime example of a successful commercial entity that (rightfully) cares mostly about their revenues and margins. At a point where DC becomes a part of DCI the players become pawns of revenue/margin food-chain. That is if we are lucky and Wizards are able to sell the profitability of DC to Hasbro. If we aren't lucky - Wizards drop the ball on DC, never invest proper RND efforts to test the metagame, the banlist gets updated based on (false) presumptions and random conclusions, the format dies.
If I'm Wizards, the only reason I want DC is to kill it as it directly cannibalizes my traditional commander revenues.
DC has to stay a non-profit, like it always has been.

RC, you were doing good until late but I think it's about time you realize it's enough to think once. You might as well trim on some fat that thinks twice otherwise.
